Strangely Familiar
This was the working title for my third book, referring to the adoptee experience, in my case the surreal experience of being in contact with my biological family from, well, since birth.
The book now dives deeper into psychological, philosophical, religious, spiritual, historic and other meanderings, now dubbed “The Chosen, The Given and The Found”.
Meanwhile, over here at Substack, I'll reserve that earlier book title to use here, where I give some snippets of life, love, pain, etc.
Life - you think you know it , but it is just a tiny bit different from what you expected or thought it was, always one step ahead, a shadow of your true self, something unmistakably different, yet strangely familiar.
